The BBTRS® Method

The BBTRS® method is built on six core elements that work together to safely release trauma stored in the body:
Breath — entry to awareness and regulation
Movement — frees held tension
Sound — supports expression and discharge
Touch — grounds and contains
Emotion — integrates feeling with body
Meditation — presence and integration
It’s not about pushing for big releases or altered states. BBTRS® takes a gentler path — we stay within the body’s window of tolerance, working slowly and with consent, so the nervous system can truly integrate change rather than be overwhelmed.
Online Practitioner Certification Pathway
Lay the groundwork by experiencing BBTRS® in your own body. You’ll learn how trauma patterns live in the nervous system and how the 6 Elements—Breath, Movement, Sound, Touch, Emotion, Meditation—support regulation, release, and integration. The focus is safety, consent, pacing, and your growing capacity to stay present.
Key Learnings:
1. Trauma physiology and nervous-system regulation
2. Felt sense, resourcing, pendulation, and titration
3. The 6-Element System in practice

5. Safety and containment in sessions
By the end of Module 1, you’ll have a grounded understanding of your own embodied process and how to create safety for clients from the inside out.
