Trauma-Informed Breathwork Retreat —Tallinn Estonia (BBTRS®)

Our trauma-informed breathwork retreat in Estonia invites embodied healing—without overwhelm—so you can move, feel, and settle at your pace.

What you'll experience

Settle, release, and reconnect—gently

Join facilitator Nisarga Eryk Dobosz in Estonia, where ancient forests and the quiet presence of the Baltic landscape offer a supportive and regulating environment. This seven-day BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® (BBTRS®) Training unfolds within a contained and intentional setting designed to support deep integration, nervous system regulation, and embodied learning.

Settle your nervous system, release held tension, and reconnect with your body—guided by BBTRS®’s Six Elements (Breath, Movement, Sound, Touch, Emotion, Meditation). Sessions are consent-led, paced, and designed to keep you resourced throughout the week.

In just 7 days you'll..

  • Feel more grounded and present in your body

  • Learn simple regulation tools you can bring home

  • Process safely—no force, no breath holds, always at your pace

  • Experience live, skilled facilitation in a supportive group setting

Your facilitator

Nisarga Eryk Dobosz

Nisarga began his journey with breathwork and healing practising Pranayama (yogic breathing) at a yoga studio in Warsaw, Poland in 1998. Guided by his spiritual search and interest in deep inner healing he first came to the OSHO International Meditation Center in Pune, India in 2005 where he discovered the revolutionary breath therapies and meditations taught by the late Indian Master Osho and his disciples. His motivation to learn about and deeply understand the human body and its language took him to the sources of integrated mind-body-spirit work. He continued travelling and living around the world for the next 10 years, studying and practising various breathwork, bodywork and meditation techniques from the Zen, Sufi, Tao, Buddhist, Tantra and Osho traditions in Asia, Europe and America.

Nisarga is a bodywork therapist and trainer, specialising in the Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System®, Myofascial Energetic Release bodywork and Lomi Lomi Nui massage. In 2013, Nisarga co-founded and became the director of the Integral Body Institute in Poland, offering workshops and trainings in these modalities. He has since expanded his teaching through the Body Awareness Institute which he founded in Estonia and he also offers bodywork and breathwork trainings in Bali and Turkey.

Frequently Asked

Questions

Have questions? Here are some of the most common things people want to know before joining—especially around safety, certification pathways, and logistics.

Is this safe for trauma work?

Yes sessions are intentionally gentle and paced. You’ll always stay within what feels safe and supportive for your body — no force, no breath holds.

Is this workshop part of the certification path?

Yes—this Australia immersion fulfils one of the three required in-person trainings for the Advanced Professional Practitioner Certification (for those on the practitioner track). Personal-growth participants are also welcome.

Refunds and transfers?

BBTRS® does not offer refunds. Limited transfers may be possible depending on timing; please review the full policy before booking. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Is intense work better for releasing trauma?

Not necessarily. BBTRS® avoids forced catharsis; we work within your capacity using pacing, consent, and titration. Strong sensations can arise, but we let the body lead so change integrates rather than overwhelm. You can always slow down, observe, or pause—no force, no breath holds.
