The BBTRS® Method

Six elements. One coherent system.

We prioritise felt sense, consent, pacing, and containment. Each element works together to support regulation and release without catharsis.

Breath · Movement · Sound · Touch · Emotion · Meditation

Your Week at A Glance

The pacing prioritizes safety, consent, and felt sense awareness — allowing your nervous system to stay within capacity while engaging in meaningful somatic work.

Frequently Asked

Questions

Have questions? Here are some of the most common things people want to know before joining—especially around safety, certification pathways, and logistics.

Is this safe for trauma work?

Yes sessions are intentionally gentle and paced. You’ll always stay within what feels safe and supportive for your body — no force, no breath holds.

Is this workshop part of the certification path?

Yes—this Australia immersion fulfils one of the three required in-person trainings for the Advanced Professional Practitioner Certification (for those on the practitioner track). Personal-growth participants are also welcome.

Refunds and transfers?

BBTRS® does not offer refunds. Limited transfers may be possible depending on timing; please review the full policy before booking. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Is intense work better for releasing trauma?

Not necessarily. BBTRS® avoids forced catharsis; we work within your capacity using pacing, consent, and titration. Strong sensations can arise, but we let the body lead so change integrates rather than overwhelm. You can always slow down, observe, or pause—no force, no breath holds.
